All core services of the Office of the Assessor-Recorder continue and remain available to the public. Our Office continues to receive and process your requests submitted electronically, by mail, or through our drop box located at the Grove Street entrance of City Hall.
We are excited to announce that through a safe and secure site, an additional 2 million records from 1990-1999 are now available for search and instant access through our online Records Manager tool. Official records from 1990 to the present are available for instant download and purchase, and certified copies can be ordered online for mail order processing.
We are excited to announce the launch of our new online tool for faster and more cost-effective orders of public Marriage Certificates. Simply fill out the online application and complete the verification process. After verification and payment, your request will be approved for mail order processing.
If you believe your property’s assessed value is higher than the market value, you may request an Informal Assessment Review between January 2, 2024 – March 31, 2024. This service is provided at no charge and is available to property owners in a single-family dwelling, residential condominiums, townhouses, live-work lofts, and cooperative units.
